In his career he has worked in senior roles with International
corporations including Firestone, Ollivetti, Nokia, Clarica, Sun
Life Financial and others. Andrew has started, built, operated and
sold five different successful businesses. Andrew is an accomplished
speaker and educator having provided Coaching and Business Training
services on an international basis. He has lived and worked in Canada,
USA, Britain and Scandinavia. As well as being an accomplished Business
Coach, Andrew Coaches Financial Professionals to develop their business's
by utilizing the experience he gained while developing over 750
financial services clients in a four year period. |

Dave Leo |
Mr. Leo provides well-tested, proven, structured approaches to building financial practices. His goal is to identify gaps between what advisors are doing currently and what they need to do to attract, service, and retain affluent clients. Through coaching, advisors learn to bridge those gaps and stay on track. In meeting objectives, prioritizing opportunities, and clarifying goals and metrics, advisors discover new ways to improve their own business development—specifically client relationships and retention, and personal productivity and efficiency. Mr. Leo’s advisors apply enhanced financial advisory practices and process improvements to grow their affluent client base and assets under management. |

Raymond |
As a coach, Roberta has been a catalyst for personal
growth and professional development with numerous Financial Industry
Executives, identifying issues and delivering solutions to support
their training and development needs. She has herself held positions
of increasing responsibility first at State Farm, and subsequently
at General Electric Financial Advisors, E*Trade Financial, and most
recently at New England Financial. Roberta has an MBA in Accounting
and Finance from Illinois Stare University, and been in the Insurance
and Financial Services industry since 1984. |

As a coach and management consultant I have worked with a variety
of public and private organizations, including subsidiaries of American
Honda, organizations within the US Department of State and the US
Department of Commerce, the National Skills Standards Board, steel
companies, and other manufacturing firms. I have also served on
the board of directors for both a local and a regional not-for-profit
